ABOUT US


 
The Wellness Center has two rooms dedicated to Group Fitness Classes. Classes begin as early as 5:30 A.M., and we offer a wide variety of classes from the classrooms to the pool so that you are sure to find the right class for you. All classes are led by certified instructors and all members are welcome to participate in any class.
